Posted a similar question in Aussie falcons recently, and thanks to Ghia5L for the information, but I'm kind desperate to get some more advice now as I've spotted a car I'd like to sink my pennies into.
Does anyone know if it would be realistic to put a newish efi windsor engine into an XC with a 302C ?
Ghia5L mentioned that people have put clevo's into newer falcons, does anyone know if that requires a boatload of engineering, or is it mainly a bolt-in affair (Mechanically speaking, I can handle the electronics)
I did the same thing 3 years ago but the bull i had to go through i pulled the pin even though i was planing to go the strait LPG route I still go the run around. It can be done but they dont make it easy

It was the ADRs and the eng cert the main one was the brakes if you can belive that one (the XC had 4wd brakes) and the fuel evaporation system and a few other things that i dont quite remember of hand. At that point it had already cost me a packet so it sits under the cover in the work shop until i can be bothered to do somthing with it.
Yep you'll have to convert to unleaded including the smaller fuel filler. Can be bought cheap at wreckers though, including all other epa stuff from wrecked latter models...
