Mate, I would love an Eaton 4th gen. blower for mine! The Eatons are are (modified) roots style blower. The 4th gen. ones have a vacuum bypass setup integrated so that when your just idling or cruising around, the boost bypasses back to intake and you engine operates on vacuum just like it would without the blower (saving engine stress and fuel economy), but as soon as the right foot goes down a bit you have full boost instantly available, and being a roots style, it's available from right down low in the revs. This is prescisly what I would like with my car.

I haven't looked at it that seriously yet, but you can get pretty compact models in the Eaton blowers which I reckon would fit on my engine without any bonnet mods cause the 2 piece manifold (which would be replaced) is pretty tall as it is, but this is the one issue I would have to confirm - I'd like to be able to physically fit it under the standard bonnet. I don't see any other issues with fitting one though.

Steve.

I enquired a while ago for a similar setup and was put onto a company called
"Ross Balancers". They do harmonic balancers and flywheels but also do complete kits for positive displacement blowers for holdens and fords. (last time i was there)
He makes his own manifolds to fit under the bonnet.
He was located in Blacktown NSW, in forge st.
His email is rossbalancers@bigpond.com
and web site is www.rosstuffbond.com.au (not sure if the blowers are on his site)
he is a very nice bloke, give him a call.

The kenny bell kit comes with a gt40 lower intake manifold are you looking at buying a kit new or used. If your looking for a new unit they come with everything for a bolt on kit. The 6-12 psi unit is $2999 us an the blowzilla kit (8-18psi) is $3400 us, then theres the flowzilla kit which is $3600 us and has a much much larger intake and a billtet bypass.

Holley still make the B&M blowers for the 302W.

They make the best sound when they're making boost !!!
