Having fitted turbo's. I'd say the trickiest would be oil retun line to sump. The sump can come out if you want to drill and weld a fixture for line. Not too sure if injectors are in kit or an fmu is used but going bigger injectors is the way to go which means calibrating or another maf. An extra fuel pump [inline] or bigger in tank would need to be done. The brackets, blower from what I have seen, seem quite easy with good tool box..

Do you know if it is possible to remove the sump without pulling the engine in an EL (eg. undo engine mounts & jack etc)?
I understand the kit comes with 24lb injectors which don't seem big enough given the claimed kw output (300+) and the many injector calculations available on the web (including CAPA's site)!
CAPA say they supply an FMU, a 73mm MAF and additional inline fuel pump.
What are your thoughts on water injection given your experience with the twin T3's?

Imo water injection is a temp measure and if you have to rely %100 in it you'll soon either run out of water etc.
Fmu's run rich and are not lineal or the same as boost check this site and go to forums, turbo or suppercharged..Fmu is a cheap way of doing it.
Not sure if EL 5.0s are the same, but it is possible to remove the sump on a 6cyl NA fairlaine by cutting the 25X25 RHS on the front of the K frame, the welding it back when you are finished. Not something I would do, but if you dont have access to an engine crane then its an option.
On an E.B you can. Have to remove bottom rad hose and steel fitting..Easier with laminated steel / rubber gasget too..
Check out www.vortechsuperchargers.com there is a section there on doing it with sump on drilling small hole then using punch's going bigger till the hole is right then using a tap with grease on to screw the appropriate attachment...
