what are the pin-outs for V8 EECIV?

Hi peoples, i have my new computer in now, its an A9L from a mustang with a tweecer to allow programming.

at the moment it has a very very guestimate tune in it and its running like a peripheral port rotary!!!! its wired up to have sequential injection etc, and i want to know if i have the injectors hooked up to the correct cylinder, the new harness was not made by me and its possible for a few injector plugs to fit on different cylinders :S

so does anyone have a list of the pins on the computer (should be the same for aussie and american V8 comps) and what they do? it would be tops if you could post them up!!!

thanks :D

Rollin,

Get on to XR9 Ute, He has a us ecu in his EB, so he *might* send you his base program.
As far as pinouts, page 20 here: http://stealth316.com/misc/eectch98.pdf

Pete made the harness for him.

Re: what are the pin-outs for V8 EECIV?

yeah i got the whole setup off pete, he did a base tune for me, but seeing as my MAF is a wierd one and my injectors are effectively bigger (more fuel pressure than factory EB) and the MAF and injectors are pretty crucial to the whole process, it was only ever going to help me get started...

EDIT: i had a look on that site you posted 9psi EB, but it seems from that diagram there is only two injector drivers, and AFAIK my computer is sequential injection, and should have 8 (as its off a V8 mustang) anyone helllllp??
