My mate has been doing up his EB XR8 ( my explorer manifold with 3/8" trickflow spacer - AU 65mm TB - AU 70mm MAF - Lukey extractors and 21/2" twin) and he has asked what snorkel is best suited for this model? What are you EB/ED guys(and gals) running here?

The Tickford snorkel but "DON'T" buy them off E-bay..They are aroung $40 from Ford...
There is also an alloy trumpet / bellmouth that fits in air intake on maf side also...As fitted to G.T's...

Get the EF/EL XR8 snorkle, part number EFTVE 9A624 A. They seem to flow the best and don't require cutting like the AU Tickford ones do. The alloy belmouth for inside the airbox is also fitted to the AU 220kw engines if that makes it easier to track down.
