Hi can anyone tell me whats wrong with my set up i have a victor jnr on it a 750dpumper demon cabie 1 inch spacer world heads 200cc crane soild cam my cam spec are
LIFT intake@ cam 3454 @ valve 553
exhust@ cam 3574 @ valve572

DURATION @ 50 INTAKE 244
exhust 252

and have pace maker tri should i go for 4 into ones for more power it only made 218rwkws not happy any one plz call me to tell me why i dont get 450hp at fly wheel 0402285911 Dean .

wow, would expect a bit more than that...

Did they record A/F ratios, is your timing ok, what RPM did you make that figure?

Yeah the timing was ok the a/f ratios is fine and the RPM figure where about i think 6700rpm will 4 into 1s make bigger gains with twin 2 1/2 inch s8 though mufflers what can i do to bring it up more ?? i am lost why its only making 400hp should be up about 440 to 450 hp the cam i got is a big stick to running a 3500rpm stall to ??

According to the data I have at the moment it looks like you're 50+ hp short of where you should be (302w.com - Ford Windsor Engine Horsepower Database)

Your carb looks spot on for 475+ hp.

How does your cam compare to an XE282HR?

When you get it sorted and tuned, please add your combo to the database!

Maybe the heads are not doing what you require??

I am running alloy windsor snr's on my 347, 228/238@.050 solid cam, rpm air gap, 650dp and I am making a bit more then that @6000rpms.

Where are you located?

ive hit in-accuracies with dynos before a few times. Does it feel like its got 450hp or is it lacking?

my 302 makes 246rwkw, which is about 460hp from memory admittedly its probly more worked than your 347, but still you should be near that figure....my cam is 597' lift and i use a barry grant 650dp demon. it has 4 into one tuned length headers and a dual 3" system.

what sort of ignition are you using? what plugs and fuel are you running? running thermos or the huge ass belt fan? (that is a true 10hp gain)

Hi Blake i got it on the dyno the other day ands its only making 220rwkws i am running thermos twin au set up am i lacking 20hp due to not having 4 into 1 tuned length headers as i am running pacemaker tri s with twin 2inch pipes .will my diff ratio have anything to do with the hp figure i am running 2.78 now but the 9 inch is going in soon with 4.11 lsd plz can you get back to me let me know what set up you have on ur motor what type of heads you are using . i have world windsors jnrs

i use airflow research alloy heads out of america, cost me 3k complete.

I have a supra 5 speed and a 3.58 lsd diff. Id be careful about a 4.1 - if its a manual you have, go for more a 3.3 ratio. you'll get more out of first. I experienced a huge difference from using a 3.9 then going down to a 3.5
