I just bought some new parts for the old Windsor from Summit Racing. After customs ripped me hard again the bits arrive nicely packed and ready to go.
Or are they?
On very close inspection of these parts (roller rockers) all were okay except one which has a seized roller. Now, whilst these parts are badged as Trickflow, they are in fact manufactured by Crane. Who obviously have crap quality control.
The moral of this post is that had I not taken the time to inspect each unit very closely I could have fitted the part oblivious to the problems I would have encountered down the road.
Summit have been contacted. They promise to reply within 24 hours. They have less than two hours to go (cue the Mutley mumbling growling dog noises here....)

Rang SUmmit after not getting a reply. They're sending a new part. Only I told them how p!ssed I was since I paid expedited UPS shipping to Australia, only to find this one part is going to take up to a week and a half to arrive. So I got ripped.
Watch out they don't slug you for a "subscription" to their catalog.
They tried that one on me....$29 U.S. !!
Pete.
