vostok4 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 1	Trying to Pass SMOG, DTC Help OK, we are looking into purchasing a 4.6L 1998 Crown Vic, its an ex-cop car. Now, the emissions are perfect, but there is a sensor failing for ignition coil G. The error code is P0357, and I have AllData here to look into it. We are just here for 4 months so I didn't bring all my tools... I was wondering has anyone encountered this code? Or a code similar (P0352 -> 0362 are all codes for different ignition coils) to it? If so, how much work was it to get it done? The engine is smooth at idle, and runs smooth through the RPM band. Any estimates what a shop should charge me if I took it there since we don't know of anyone good and I know that certain shops get... excited... with new customers. Thanks!!!
