Hi all, haven't posted in a while - have been trying to get a life.

This is for all the nay-sayers (Spelling??) that says the modular 5.4L V8 at athe end of it's development. It's been bored, sleaved and stroked to 5.8L (358CID) and makes 900HP.

Please keep in mind that this is a drag racing engine and that its cost over USD$22,000 - ie please don't rain down responses saying its unrealistic and that it's fantasy not for the road or for that matter, for the common man.

Thats the first time i've seen picks of the heads stripped. Damn the're big. Ive seen whole motors smaller that that.

What I meant by 'getting a life' was the finding a fulll time job.
After graduating from my 2nd degree late last year, I wanted to try something a little different. That something little different is direct sales - a touch dodgy but hey, what the hell, it's good experience. Might want to become a car salesman one day!

maybe this is the way to get a 5.4 to rev safely... bit of a destroke and a bore !! If the piston speed gets down then we can start chucking bigger cams in and more the power up a tad ......
