The crank flange looks correct (7 holes and 1 square notch) for 390 or 428 crank. See if there's any numbers stamped into one of the crank counterweight edges.
Look for a 2U (66-73 390) or 3U or 2UA (both 73-76 390).
428 crank would be a 1U- (66-68) or 1UB (69-70).
7E27 and 26 are the date codes of 67/May/27th and 26th. Block and heads are original.
My guess it's a 390.
360 and 390 shared the same 4.05" bore size.
360 had a 3.50 crank stroke and 390 a 3.78".
4.05 bore plus the 428's 3.98 stroke gave you a 410 displacement.
The 410 was a Mercury only engine in 66-67.
Looks like the start of a fabulous relationship with high RPM's in your future!!
