Question FE 390 knocks - Suggestions?

Hi Folks - my FE 390 starts well and runnin´good. Here is the Problem:

When I let warm up the Engine and drive for a while I hear un-rythmic Knock or Klack from down under. I claim the Lifters out (Noise examples on youtube).
Only apply the brake and wait at traffic Light for example.

While I´m drivin I do not hear anything from the Engine. That´s good so far.

The Knock or Klack in an unrythmic Wise occours only standing at traffic Light or stop and apply the brake - got an Automatic Transmission...

I know when applying the brake the power stops between Converter and Engine. Maybe the flywheel Converter bolts have been loose. Possible?

If I would have Rod Knock, Worn Bearings, Piston slap... different noises could be heard in which kind? I think than the noises of this kind would be heard all the time....right?

Any suggestions? I don´t know if I should open the "Box" while a functioned System....

Momentum as the engine speeds up may change how the part that's knocking reacts, in turn making it "disappear" at higher speeds. Don't rule out the exhaust and motor mounts.

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?

If it was engine noise, it would be slow at idle and faster as you speed up.

If the converter bolts were loose it sound like rattling, as the flywheel bounces off the converter.

I think catskinner might be on the right track...

I would put it on a lift....the kind that lets the wheels turn freely, and run the engine with transmission in gear, while another person stays below and looks for the sounds.
