Operating Temp

Quick one for you all. What is the ideal operating temperature for a 460?

first of all a 460 isnt an FE just to let you know but a 460 is like any other american V8 and should be around 190F, i work at uhaul and we put 180f thermostats in just to get the stat open a little sooner because of all the weight they haul.
