Re: WTB- 428 or stroked 462 race motor!!

Keith Craft Racing in AK, Barry Robotnick at Survival Motorsports in MN, George Anderson at Gessford Machine in NE, Pat Burke at Ocean State Performance in RI, Doug Garfolio at Precision Oil Pumps in CA are a few GOOD guys I know off the top of my head. Any of them can build you what your looking for. If you need to keep a 4.13 bore for class racing most of the new Genesis and Pond 427 blocks can be ordered with a 4.13 bore size. Both blocks are NHRA legal replacements. Or if you have a nice 428 block to supply them at least have it crossbolted. All depends what your needs are.....

Re: WTB- 428 or stroked 462 race motor!!

FearthisLane- I have a nice 428 FE in the for sale forum. It's not "full race" motor but, has 400 hp rwhp. Good all around street & occasional strip for fun.
In my 2,400 lb. 427 Shelby Cobra, it ran 10.38 @ 134 mph. Check out my ad and let me know if you're interested. It shows my email and phone number.

Thank you,
