36+ XR6T's sold in Newcastle on the BA's Week of release
Spoke to a Salesman @ Kloster Ford, Newcastle- He said they had had 3 dozen or more sales of the XR6T and not one customer went unsatisfied after a testdrive in the New BA, He also said some customers jus came in, made out an order on paper and left it at that no test drive nothin! :-D Also- XR6 sold out til end of year now AWESOME!!!

From now to Feb is five months at an average of 30 days per month. Thats 150 days. Ford make 450 (average) cars a day (or is that I week I've forgotton ) so that is 67500 cars. That is more the the AU in 5 months.
Note If anything in that calculation is wrong (eg. No of cars a day/ sales of AU / anything ) please correct me.

Testdrive of XR6T? sounds like BS to me. No XR6T anywhere to be test driven.
Testdrive of non XR BA? Sound legit! BA is a great car for the $.
xr6ts cannot be found anywhere in qld. I am so annoyed with ford over this and the wait on XR8 and GT. HSV and holden are going to eat up V8 sales for the next five months
