ANY CHANCE OF YOU POSTING A COUPLE OF PICTURES OF YOUR TYPHOON ?
AFTER MUCH DELIBERATION I ORDERED MINE IN VELOCITY AS WELL, BUT THE ONLY THING I'VE BEEN ABLE TO ACTUALLY SEE IS AN XR6 UTE IN THIS COLOUR. I'VE ONLY SEEN THE TYPHOONS IN VIBE AND VIXEN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY LOOKED GOOD THERE'S A LOT OF STANDARD FALCONS WITH FLAIR KITS GETTING AROUND IN THESE COLOURS.
WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED IF YOU COULD HELP OUT,

this is a pic of my girl sitting on the showroom floor the day before I picked her up from Centre Ford here in Perth - Dec last year. I ordered velocity based on just a small sample they had to show me (my previous was a Venom AU XR6 VCT), so I was a little anxious to see her in the flesh. Well she looks beeeeeeeeutiful

The pic does not do her justice. I know we all have our own likes but I am very happy with velocity. The F6 is no where as near as "in your face" as the Boss..... thats fine by me.... the understated look and the "cool" light blue of velocity made a nice combination....imho.

I would be very suprised if they actually did. The development work is done and with the new model only 7 months away I don't think they will even bother making it faster, and the new model Typhoons power will still depend on how much the GT has. They seem determined to leave the GT at the top.

thats your opinion, I was actually referring to the real world. I bought her as a high speed tourer and was referring to the ingear ability. In the real world on the highway she shines better than either the Ford or the Holden V8, in stock form.

It was supposed to be a joke, so don't take it too seriously. Around town the low speed grunt of a Typhoon would be superb but a GT will still beat it for top end grunt. An edit and some injectors will soon fix that though.
