Hi All,

further to my post about insurance as I stated I'm looking to buy a xr6t and currently have a wrx, I have a alpine sponsored stereo system in my current vehicle which will be carried over, but I'm curious about the standard head deck looks very NON-removable,

so can it be replaced or somehow able to fit a Single DIN head deck in it? and has anyone done it (or has pictures?)

I thought I'd check hear before going to my car sound shop.

i had help reprogramme some ba consoles proir to release, and they look very hard to remove and replace with a regular single din one. there is pictures of one on ff somewhere i believe.

radio an a/c are all built in together and displayed on the one screen.
I reckon you would have to connect the custom stereo up seperatly to the one built in.
