Do you have an extra little lip on the top of the bottom opening?

Yeah it is the factory insert it is normally black textured plastic but i smoothed it over and colour coded it to give a smoother and cleaner look at the front . Would take it out but u would see the rio in behind the bar pitty it is there as u would get a better look at the cooler without it.
Looks good, did you have to remove the cooler (I guess so)
How did you achieve this any tips, I was going to spray mine silver but polishing would be better.
Baz
Yes i did completely remove the cooler .All i did was remove the bar , the horn ,and the clear plastic absorbers attatched to the rio remove the cooler pipes and losen your cooler brackets and away u go. Tip , when removing the bar leave the lower splash tray attached to vehicle as it is easier when u go to put the bar back on . If are going to polish it to remove the shitty black paint the best way is to get a 2k thinner on a rag and wipe off makes lite work. This process took me only 2hrs from start to finish.
