Re: de-spoilering your T

the badges are exxy, the turbo lettering alone is $50.

I'll post a pic of my rear end (debadged... of course) and you can decide if you like it... alternatively... I could take one of your pictures and photochop the badges off for ultimate clarity.

Re: de-spoilering your T

this is my car... It's been debadged since I bought it... I don't think it's visible, but theres no badges on the skirts either...

I also replaced the FORD logo with the Falcon (not to be confused with the fpv logo, although it does look similar)

as I said, if you want me to chop the badges off your car let me know.. :)

Matt

4LTURBO if u remove your badges carfully and leave some of the doublesided tape attatched u can reapply these badges with a film that 3m make available at any refinsh supply shops. Remove the excess tape off the boot with a stripe removing rubber wheel which u attach to a drill [also known as a caramel wheel]. Don't get your boot welded up buy a new one off an Xt from ford . Will probaably b cheaper in the long run and u won't have a boot full of bog and That way u still have your original boot with the wing in case u get sick of the no spoiler look

Re: de-spoilering your T

Cool - I was wondering how to do this when I sell it eventually. Currently my I have a "URBO" fridge :) The "T" fell off and I think the cat has pushed it under the fridge itself! :)

Re: de-spoilering your T

Or you could use the existing holes, still have the required number of brake lights, and give it a REAL wing

Mattson is that a DJR spoiler or an aftermarket one. If so who did you get it from and how much?

still covered with tape... when i get around to it, im just going to buy an XT boot and get it painted up, that way i can just swap between badges and wing and none of the above....

oh, and ford_convert... i could do that, but i prefer the "less is more" approach... just because something it bigger, doesnt mean its better... just look at the boss V8's!!!
