Yep, a scoop on the F6 is exactly what it needs.

It looks okay, but a negative pressure vent from the radiator and more classic ford bonnet venting I reakon would look cleaner and meaner.

You dont want to look like WRX boy now with a letter box scoop on your bonnet, certainly not on a phoon ...

mate good effort though! the scoop looks fantastic...seeing a scoop in flesh, i would imagine would look even better...but good effort at making them photos!

Personally, I think the bonnet scoop is overkill on the front. A bonnet bulge might look ok.

Other then that I think maybe some meatier body work around the sides or back would be the way to go: maybe some sort of Side Scoops, chunkier skirts etc.

but each to their own.

Nice job with the pic's, but I'm not so keen on a scoop like that.

I think some vents such as the Cosworth Sierra and Escort had would look good.

The WRX had these as well as the scoop but the scoop on the Subaru is there for a purpose where as the scoop as shown for the F6 is not.

I had seen a bonnet scoop on a XR6T a couple of weeks ago. It passed me on the M4 motorway in Sydney. The scoop was very similar to the WRX bonnet scoop but this one had the scoop opening facing the windscreen. The scoop looked like the Jack Rousch bonnet scoop which he made for the Mustang.
The installation looked quite neat.

yeah theres a GT (i think) witha scoop like that driving around in hervey bay, looks very mean..reckon it would look sweet on the phoon
