Firstly, yesterday I lined up against a WRX STi and there was no question it was on, off the line he bogged and I got a good launch and he didn't catch me until I backed off in 3rd but he was coming hard.

Today I lined up against a GT. I had the better launch but he started to come at me in 1st then I changed to 2nd and it was all over, he couldn't catch me. It was good after 12000 k's to finally get some good cars run against me.

Just goes to show in the REAL WORLD the Typhoon is a monster.

I had a new LS2 have a crack at me last night,we both went around a left hander in second and it was on he stayed with me until i changed into third and slowly pulled away by about three car lengths,Hey just wait till they edit them things.

Great news Matt, well done mate.
Only run I've had was against a Mk1 XR8...up a hill on the expressway. It was a rolling start at about 40k so the turbo already had some boost up in second. He signaled the start by hitting the hammer first but I caught and passed him quickly and by the time I'd picked 4th he was nearly 4 car lengths behind. He flashed his lights to call it and we stopped at the top of the hill so he could have a look at the F6. This bloke was very impressed!

No mods and neither was his. I asked him at the next set of lights did he give it to it and he said he did.

It was close at first but as speed built up the F6 was just stretching it out.

Mate even a 3inch dump pipe, edit and Hi Flow cat turn the Typhoon into a wicked machine, they have more thsn enough there. Even without bigger injectors etc in the Typhoon it would take a very healthy and very worked GT to catch one
Pity about the clutch but
