Got a call from my dealer this morning telling me that my ute arrived yesterday afternoon. I am over the moon. All going well I may be in it by the weekend. A few bits to be put on the car the pre delivered and registered.This has been a wait I'm sure will be worthwile. According to FPV it's the first one made ( Apart from FEV's).

Hate to say it but it is not the first Turbo ute on the road. the Daily Telegraph ran a Sydney MS competion and some lucky bugger near Newcastle got it.

But has he actually had it delivered to him? Or just been announced as the winner?

Race rubber is not kidding. His narooma blue xr6 turbo manual ute with 18's and prestige sound is the first ute to be built as per ordered by a dealer. no other dealer has an xr6t ute built in december for a customer. They are all january builds. Congratulations on your new ute Race Rubbber and i hope you have many happy years of motoring in it and i am sure you would be gratefull to uncle Geoff for making this all happen for you. Cheers.
