just got home from going from geelong to sydney and back to geelong again in my turbo ute and i'm over the moon with how my car went! i just wanted to share it with everyone!
after averaging like 17-18 lt/100 around the streets of geelong my trip average was down to about 11.5-11.9, which i was amazed with considering a mate got the same in a standard falcon.
my ute ran like a dream both up and back, not a single problem at all, sat great on the highway no matter what speed i took, overtaking was great, had a great road presence through sydney too, everyone was checking it out
i got a blue print turbo with the hardtop and spoiler, looks a treat!
so bascially the only purpose of this thread was to say how damn good the trip went
about 900 kays one way, took me 8 1/2 to get back including the hour to get out of sydney, averaged high 11's as i said and i couldn't have asked for the ute to drive any better!
