Got Flashed!!!!

well saturday the 11th of feb!
took myself to cv and got the flash tuner, didn't do anyother mods. filter and bov existing.
ran 210kw stock, 235 after she got flashed!! and oh my the torqe curve!!
i'd like to take a moment to thank the good fellows at c.a.p.a. not sure how u do it, dot really care, but wen i plant it i get there a lot faster than before!! so thanks!! hehe
always told my self the flash would be my only mod............... not sure though.......... hehe think i have the need........... the need for..............anyway.

i been hearing mods on the xr6t's are easy and the engine will handle it no probs, but apparently the valve springs aren't the best, can anone shed some light ???

Hi mate that good standard power 210 'rwkw' but 235 rwkw isnt that good was that c&v,, if so they will tell you when you need valve springs as some cars react diffrent too boost,i think its around 250 260 rwkw,its a pritty big job good luck with it.

Hay mate hi is that C&V?,thats good power standard'210 rwkw' but d other '235rwkw' isnt that good,as for valve springs you have a long way too go before u need too change them,,problems start around 250 260 rwkw.GOOD LUCK WITH IT ALL.

yeh thats C & V, i put the 210 stock power down to a consistant and mercyless thrashing! hehe i knew it was for the better! hehe as for the 235, thats my fault too, i didn't want too push it too hard with no other mods, jst enough to beat my mates silvia! hehe which i can now do easily, i jst need more traction!! hehe

Glad to hear you are enjoying it mate.

When you climb above 10 psi boost then you will need other mods done depending on how far you go and one of them is the valve springs.

ay yes the snail, i call it sea shell. same same.
the guys put it to 12 psi at it's peak. said it will be fine for yrs to come with no other mods. although i have noticed, 3 time, a flat spot, wen i pound it at about 4000, as if it ran out of fuel, jst pulls back for like a half second or so!?

any ideas?
