eek Had a ride in a Turbo BA

Just had a 15 minute ride in a XR6 Turbo.

Absolutely sensational.

Exterior looks fantasic, as we all know.

Anyone who says the interior of the AU betters that of the BA, well, you're either blind or stupid. The interior could not look any better.

SO please - Don't diss the interior because of one photo in a magazine! The interior is perfect.

But that turbo, i nearly wet myself... never has a Ford 6 been so silky smooth, or revved so bloody hard. Or sounded so friggin good.

And the power!! Only one word describes it... faaaaaark!!!!!!!! :s3

I won't mention any more, only that if this doesn't get Ford back on top, nothing will.

How did you manage to get a ride Johnno. More importantly, why didn't you come and pick me up from work to have a drive too!?

I hope you're right about the interior though. I have come to the conclusion from the pic that everything is good except the steering wheel. How much different was the steering wheel in the Turbo XR than the one in the pic?

Some people have all the luck!! You lucky bugger Johnno.
Things are definitely working up to a feaver pitch around here!
Glad also, that you think the interior is OK.
Yeah, what Cobra said...is the steering wheel on the XR any different from the one shown in the pic?

haha, sorry Cobra ... I might be going for another ride tonight, so if we pass your house, we'll give you a ride. The fact that I don't know where you live might make that difficult.

Anyway! About the steering wheel, it looks great.

The interior just looks fantastic. Trust me, you WON'T be disappointed.
