hi all,
as you've guessed i'm kinda pissed at ford.
my xr6t ute makes rattle noises from all wheels over bumps, leaf springs squeak and the steering squeaks all the time.

i've taken it back three times and everytime it goes away for like a week and comes back! anyone had similar issues or ideas on whats wrong or how to fix it?

fors said they tightened the suspension and put in a steering shim!? didn't work though. getting embaressing, my mates r all holden boys so their having a field day at me!
any help would be much appreciated!!

For the steering noises i've had the steering rack tightened on every service so far (only 3).

I've got the suspension rattles from the front but not the rear, and have had since day 1. It hasn't fallen apart yet and the dealer knows about it and has supposedly fixed it each service with the steering rattles.
