Hi guys, I ran my ute at the Vicstreetutes day at heathcote on Saturday for the first time with the phase III kit on the car. With the phase II my PB was 12.6 on a cold night at Calder.
The temp at Heathcote yesterday got up to 32 degrees which was no good for the turbos and most of the utes running.
I was surprised that in the end I ran a best time of 12.16@119mph with a 12.18 time as well.
Geea ran his car as well and it was down by 6mph compared to a calder night run so I am confident that the ute has an easy 11 second pass in the right conditions.
For those that are interested I used dot approved drag radial tyres with 60ft times of 1.89 being my best (need to work those launches)
Very nice, those APS kits are good value and run some realy quick numbers...
Congratultions on a good drive...come to Calder one night get your name on the list...

My ute is an auto and has 334.7 rwkw.

Well done Dean and I'm sure there's a mid/high 11 second pass there for you at calder when you run the T in cooler temperatures................it certainly was an ugly warm day at heathcote on saturday.
keep up the good work and I will be really pleased for you when you achieve that magical 11 second time slip.
