That goes without saying. I think most people on this forum are true enthusiasts - and not wannabe's who would drive a 2 litre with wild spoilers and racing stickers, etc (Losers).

Hey, stop picking on the japenese cars. I happen to love GTR's and GTS skylines. I admit, i hate too much plastic, but i think the GTR's body kit is reasonable. And if i bought an XR6T, then i would put the bonnet bolge on it and the 18 inch mags from XR8.

Yeah i understand. I have seen some dodgy ones recently where the front splitter was so low he would have riped the thing off going over the speed bump.

Heh heh, I saw an old '89 (or something) Nissan Pulsar with a Lancer Evo 5 Front Spoiler. Looked absolutely ridiculous !!!
The square headlights were actually sticking out over the rounded EVO bumperbar. Some people,......

Have a mate who is currently still at the drive day for the new barra and focus range. He rang me about 4 times today barrin up how good the turbo's actually were. I mean we knew they were fast but he said they were just unbelievable both down low and high, and even had a blow off valve! Even to the extent of contemplating getting an xr6 instead of the xr8, even though the 8 has the good rumble.
Apparently the ute is loads of fun!

I honestly can't wait to drive an XR6-T in 5 speed.
You might find the auto to be the quicker of the two - when the auto changes gear the turbo doesn't spool down like it can in the manual (even with a blow-off valve routed back to the manifold) so you're accelleration just keeps on keeping on totally unabbated - awesome!
Years and years ago i had a fully worked clevo 351 fuel injected XB 2 Door coupe and this motor was seriously modded to the max for optimum street performance....was a very torky motor. Well i had a few mates who had VL Turbo commodores.....they were running 16psi boost with huge intercoolers....AVO inlets manifolds and extra fuel injecters with motec comps etc......and these things under boost flogged the crap outa me........and these were only little t4 turbos on a 3.0l RB30 nissan motor so god knows what these xr6t's are gonna be like stock and what will happen when these things get modded......FORDZILLA , Cruise missile, The Flash.
