Does anyone know what brand and viscosity oil comes in the XR6T from the showroom?

15W/40. XR6T takes 7.5lt (non turbo 7lt). GTX3 and Shell Helix Super are two oils that I know of that meet the grade. I think Castrol is what they use from factory (my car has a Castrol sticker on the window saying when the next service is due).

I'm well aware what the manual says. But i want to know what brand of oil comes with the car, as there is no mention of this in the manual.

So how about i get my manual and slap you round a bit.

im almost 100% that its mobil.

dont take any notice what the dealar lube sticker brand is as which oil they use is up to them nothing to do with ford.

Oil for turbo and e-gas from the factory is mobil and is 15w40

What Mobil oil is 15W/40? Mobil1 is 5W/50 I'm pretty sure.
