the best way to stop p platers for killing themselfs or anyone else is to restrick them to only drive 4 s until there 20 then 6 s til 23 them they have enuff skill to handle a hi powered car such as a holden .

turbo a na xr6 to and its going to be competition for any phoons? hahaha what have you been smoking? but i do like you idea of taking off the turbo badges, as to the qld thing with population increase you gotta have population decrease i know its not a nice way of saying it but road tolls are always going to be a part of life

Load of bollocks , the right way to do it is restrict weight to power , I had no choice when young and a mini cooper was a hot car
