There is an article in the latest street machine about transplanting the XR6T engine, as someone put one into their EL. They put the value at about $6500-$7500, but in the magazine they give you some places that sell them.

ALL4FORD your probably talking about the EL XR6 [JETXR] his plates are with the xr6t conversion in it. I had a quick flick thru it and i must say its a very hot looking car with alot of power to back it up as well. Reminds me as well to buy this edition of street machine should be one interesting read!!!

There was an XR6T engine and gearbox complete on ebay not long ago, starting bid was $6500 or buy it now for $7000. Not sure if it sold tho.
