Haven't seen any 'average' times for the XR6T 6 speed manuals recently, but the auto's on a cooler day are averaging 14.1 to 14.3 stock. Not sure of the terminal speed however. Motor recently tested the Mk2 with the 6 speed, but it was 40 degrees and the car suffered terribly in the heat (like most turbo's) with a 14.8. This would not be considered average however for this model.
My very frist attempt I got a 14.7@98Mph, 2.4sec 60ft. If I get a chance to practice expect to see a stock ute do 14.3 at best at around 100mph - I havn't driven down the 1/4 since.
The Aussie record for stock sedan manual is 13.85@101MPH by xxxr6t of the XR6 Turbo Forum. Was done at Moterplex, WA on the 7th April 2005.
24 degrees ambient and 32 degrees track with 60% humidity.
His 60ft time was 2.16sec.

Too much power is not quite enough
With a cold air intake, K+N filter, and the centre muffler removed, I ran a 14.49 at 101mph in my Ute. I think thats about average.
Havent tried it since the edit, but it will be certainly different running 11psi!
