Short Shifters
Has anyone installed one of the after market short shifters that is available from mick web for the t5 gearbox. If so what is the opinion? I believe capa may also have one available.

Herrod have one also. His Sure Shift is awesome, makes the T5 a much better beast, and ensures a problem free 2-3 shift!

Venom Xr, if you don't mind how much was the shifter. Did you install it yourself? If not how much was installation.
Thanks

Depends on which one you buy.
Herrods $550
Mick Webb $375
There are others on the market but these two are probably the best out there.

Re: Short Shifters
Sure shifts from Herrod are the best thing since tyres were made round I had it fitted to an AU XR6 with a pig of a shift and it was improved 100%

Hi tf1, welcome to the forums.
Yes they certainly make a difference to the gearbox. Well worth the money no matter which one you buy.
