Re: steeering noise
The problem is to do with a burr on the front face of the steering gear. It stops the steering rack from being properly mounted against the K-frame, so inturn it clicks. As XRDREAMING said, it's a common fault. Ford have issued a TSB to all dealers (TSB number 51/03 from memory if you want to quote it to them) so they know about it. Take it in and you'll get it fixed easy mate.
