Just wondering if anyone has heard if the F6 is comming in an Auto and if it will be the 6 speed? Looking to upgrade after July and wondering if it is worth the wait if people know anything

Will the GT have the same auto also

Tornado

Rumor has it that Copperhead when released in October will have the 6 speed auto in both the GT & the F6 …As per usual Ford wont admit to it and I don’t blame them but at this stage its expected to occur.

Uh..correct me if im mistaken, but isn't copperhead the 2007 Falcon? The October falcon is BA Mk3, which will have to hold out the 2006 commodore 'till the all new falcon in '07. With any luck, that all new falcon will have the 6 speeds across the range. There have been GT's and the like seen in germany at the ZF place with the 6 speed auto in them for testing...so I imagine that that will be in the car released in October, but only on upper models (unfortunately)

Thanks guys, guess its just wait and see, hopefully the 6 will come this year to give something against the new commy, 6 speed zf should improve the auto times.
