Re: The Typhoon Clutch Fix

BossXr8 yeah it is an easy and cheap way out into cutting back on some luxuries but maybe you can make a GT with less luxuries which could cut down on a reasonable amount of weight making it the boy racer model and maybe having the GT-P as more of a luxury toned down version of the GT. Anyways i think weve gone off topic, back to the f6 clutch fix.

Ive seen a few F6's at the fpv dealers up at liverpool a little while back so there back in business im presuming.

I can tell you all that I have been speaking to Roger Gray and a man from AP who has come out here to work on the issue. They are going to use the Grey Ghost for some final tweaking of the new setup and I have signed a confidentiality agreement with FPV so I WILL NOT answer any clutch questions either on the forums or from PMs. But the good news is the fix is very very very close.

Re: The Typhoon Clutch Fix

Hi Doc,

I thought you had been a bit quiet recently! Your post is a bit of a tease as well. I think when the fix is released and becomes official there will be some interesting stories to be told. Hopefully there will be a blaze of good publicity for the Typhoon. Looking forward to following your tapping of the Grey Ghosts' potential.

Re: The Typhoon Clutch Fix

Regarding the grey ghost's mods.I got 278 RWKW with the standard exhaust,Cat and fuel pump.Only changed the injectors, air filter and computer add on.I have heard the exhaust does not give that much more horsepower.

We got 279 rwkw with nothing cept injectors and an Edit. Hypnodocs car when i can pry the keys out of his hands and dyno the bloody thing will go over 300rwkw's, he just hasnt updated his signature as i asked him not to until i had the dyno sheet to back up what its Factually doing.. ANyone who says that the standard cat wouldnt restrict these cars best do a little more development. That 279 was a total stock car with injectors and tune...no filter no anything... Great cars eh?
