Apart from the obvious differences (performance differences) being a bigger intercooler, valve springs, air box and more boost. What other changes make this car the monster that it is? Especially the torque figures, would these things alone give it an extra 100nm's of torque?
The torque is generated from the cam timing alteration. FPV changed the way the cams behave and help the motor create the 550nm at 2000rpm along with up to 9psi boost (although testing has proven its doesn't even make that). Its about perception, no numbers... but...

Long story short, the Typhoon goes hard from the get go and is electronically strangeld for many reasons. How ever, FPV did upgrade everything needed bar the injectors to take much more HP reliably. We all know a standard T can make nearly 400kw before you have to get serious about the bottom end and your drive train. The typhoon has come from the factory built to make nearly 300rwkw with just injectors and edit. The clutch, gear box and bottome end, intercooler, valve springs have all been upgraded and are arguably non effective at 270kw.

And edited T will prove this point. 240rwk bog standard (270rwkw with injectors only), Tyhoon 270rwkw bog standard (300 with injectors only).
