Unichip

Hey,

I have XR6T with the Unichip, can i remove the Unichip without re programming the computer. How? Is it worth anything?

If its hard wired you need to take it to APS / Auto sparks to rejoin the spliced wires, if is a plug in you can do it your self.
If you have larger injectors in they need to be replaced with standard ones if you are not going Edit/piggyback your computer.
Whats it worh not much ebay $300

Can i just cut the wires near the unichip and isolate them that way, without touching the spliced areas?

If you are asking that question my answer is you are ill equiped to consider it , have someone qualified to remove it .

If you were to do that you wont be going any where.
The spliced wires need to be reconnected in the right configuration.
