I have a Nov 02 build XR6T and am experiencing some sort of aerodynamic noise, either at speeds of 140 or more, or in rare cases of high on-coming wind at 100-110. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this? Not sure what to tell the dealer, it seems a little unreasonable to ask them to jump on the freeway and floor it!

You are not alone in experiencing this problem. Do a search on fordxr6turbo and you'll find many other examples of this. I think some guys have had it fixed - an issue with the window seal.

known common fault ... get your dealer to replace the windshield seal (the single piece seal, not the two part seal)
