It would have been nice if Ford oz made the XR6T as easy to mod and bullet proof as the 2003 Mustang Cobra, those things are already running 10 sec 1/4, stock internals, gearbox, diff etc....
If you don't want the gearbox to outlast the warranty period that's your problem...

Potential 13 second quarters out of the box is enough for me.
At the moment, modification is the last thing on my mind. Just find me a bloody dealer in Melbourne that can offer me a test drive!
