I was under the impression that you couldn't 'piggyback' onto the Blackwood ECU.

Have I read this wrong - is there a unichip like addition or has additional information been flashed into the original chip?

PS - I'm not trying to bag you here, just curious as hell - that's an awesome figure at the wheels!

Ask away guys. Any questions I can’t answer myself I’ll ask DNA or the TSI makers directly.

The price for the kit hasn’t been finalised.

The TSI ECU is a piggyback type setup. Nothing has been done to the original ECU. Currently the TSI is driving the 2 extra injectors. We are almost at the stage where we will be doing away with the extra injectors and driving the stock injectors (which need to be upgraded anyway).

Wowsa! Even excluding Shootout mode figures, that's still around 240-245rwkw, from basically intake mods, exhaust and "chip".

Nice... very nice.

The best part is so many performance workshops seem to be doing this kind of research on modifying the XR6 turbo. Happy times ahead for the XR turbo owners.
