Well, today I finished my Turbo grill badge. Here are some photos of making it and when its finished.
The plastic I used was a piece of down pipe connector I got from Bunnings for $5.11. I cut it up so it was right for the job. Gave it a fine sanding. Primed and painted the lot and put it all together (It wasn’t that simple).
I think it looks good.

yeah looks ok. maybe a chrome badge or something. this might be a P.S thing but could the TURBO badge fit UNDER the ford badge??

its different thats for sure, but i like it. personally i think thats one area ford stuffed up in - not enough badge differentiation between XR6 and XR6T.

yeah and why no turbo badging down the side of the car either? you see an XR6 from the side and you have to wait till you can see the back before you know if it a turbo or not.

At $50 a pop, buying XR6Turbo badges isn't cheap.

i agree also not enough differentiation between the BA XR range to the GT's with no stripes also....now with people putting stripes on there XR's also..
