my dealer says the customer demand is high for people asking for a xr8 bonnet on there xr6t or xr6 when ordering there new cars it costs $1400

Those who do these type of mods only become members of the "poser/wanker club". I recon after a while you will see someone begin a GT stripe fad on these posermobiles?

The assistant manager of my work (which happens to be a Ford dealer) has a citric acid XR6t with a bonnet bulge... it looks pretty sweet coz it has 19 inch chrome mags and boosted... but id have to agree with everyone... the bulge is for the 8's. But do with your car wot u will

XR6T with a bonnet bulge! WHY NOT... It looks HORN, so why limit yourself just because everyone else has an obsession with calling anything rice these days.

Just fit 3 inch piping underneath and say you needed THE BULGE!!

Sacrilege! - If it isn't enough to be told by Turbo owners that thier XR6T's are quicker than the XR8s (which IMO is care factor -10), they then want to rub a little more sand in the face by taking the buldge. My point: If you don't have the cubic mass, then quite pretending!

i had a tc cortina only the 200 ci six and 250 ci six had a bonnet bulge...

Going back a few posts, how about an XY GT shaker on a BA GT (through the bulge)? Joking, but I bet someone will do it! See the H.O. shaker thing for example, how long till this evolves a bit?
