So at 38 000kms I finally blew the clutch out of my beast and have just had it replaced. The replacement clutch is significantly lighter and has a more obvious grab point which makes the car feel a lot quicker on the upshift. Is it possible that my original clutch was stuffed from the time I got the car new? Has anyone else experienced this?
