The Tuner has some software access problems, and should be sorted out within a week. Cant get his dealer activation code to work, so i'll just have to be patient till SCT can get him up and running! I'll be sure to let you know when its going!

hmmmm, my tuner had problems with the software in my Capa box it had to be exchanged.
with a new box and bigger injectors fitted 293.2rwkw@10psi

it depends how I drive it i guess,right now I am giving it heaps cause its GREAT. but once I get used to it I wont drive so hard,maybe!

Simon from "Xtreme Ford Tuning" fine tuned the Typhoon further last week. The performance is now nothing short of awesome. The power on tap is huge! I suggest that anyone with a Turbo ford contact Xtreme Ford Tuning as Simon can really make a big change to the standard ford and is the best in WA.
Injectors, ahhh. Well theres no point building the whole thing at once now is there, that just takes away all the little goals i want to achieve from my ute!!!
If down the track i was to replace the injectors, what would be the best to replace them with? I have heard the bosch injectors similar to what they use in the skylines are not bad.

danno, how much is the tune and what happens if you keep the stock injectors?
Simon will be able to give you details on what injectors to use and pricing. The standard ones are ok up to around 250-260rwkw so it depends on how much power your aiming for. F6's with the tune can get around 300rwkw so it becomes an issue, but I'm not sure about XR6T's.
Beep Beep- I still dont know how much it will cost as i still havent been able to get it done! I'll keep you posted as soon as i can get this stuff organized!
In respect to the clutch issue- Is the automatic gearbox stronger than the manual with respect to the rear wheel KW issue?
