There has been a lot of babbling about how the XR6T is quicker than the XR8 or GT because of the weight issue. Well a bog standard Cab-chassis with the V8 weighs a bit over 1500kg with 220@470 as opposed to the XR6T sedan at a bit over 1700kg with 240@450.
Now I wonder which one of them is the quicker?????
Oh and the RRP of the UTE is only about $31,000

Let him that hath understanding count the number of the BEAST:
for it is the number of a F6 Typhoon; and its number is 0217.
6Cyl XLS Cab chassis (sport suspension - 1 tonner is heavier) weighs 1505 kg with no tray, V8 is 60kg heavier. Will be reasonably quick, should be as quick as an XR6T, or quicker.
You'll get defected pretty quick running around with no tray though.

Ah yes, the traction would be a bit weak, but hey that is why a XR6T can beat a XR8 over the 400m run isn't it?
