Can anyone tell me where the pickup for the speedo is? It's not the same as the XR6 without the turbo. The standard XR6 is on the gearbox directly above where the auto trans wiring attaches to the gearbox. The XR6T is not there I looked.

Speedo signal in Manual XR6 and all V8 and Turbo cars is taken from the ABS module. There is no speedo sensor in the gearbox.

Mate, no BA has a speedo pickup from the transmission with a transducer anymore. As WBT56 said, the speedo signal is taken from the ABS module via the wheel speed sensors.
