Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to remove the glass from the door of a '29 closed cab pickup truck? The door is off the truck, and the inside door panel and the window crank are removed. My problem is how do I get the glass out of the metal channel at the bottom of the glass, the one that the window crank interacts with to raise and lower the glass. It looks like the glass is embedded in some sort of rubber or other compound within the channel, do I use some sort of solvent, or is there some other method to remove it?
