Help Identify this tool

Attached photo is of a Model A Tool I have but do not know what it is for. I recently sold my Model A, and would like to clean out left over Model A stuff. I will sell it, put it on Ebay or whatever - if I knew what it was for. I am new to this forum and am unsure if the photo will be attached?
Thanks
John

Re: Help Identify this tool

Thank you very much. I figured it was a puller of some sort. I will soon put it on EBay. Thanks again,
John
