Hi i'm trying to figure out what the biggest tire size I can run on back of my 68 torino. I'm going to be purchasing a new set of drag tires. Right now I have BFG drag radials in 235/60-15 and can't get traction, thinking about Mickey Thompson drag radials as I've heard good things. any help would be greatly appreciated. If you reply and I don't reply back right away its because I'm out of town for a couple of days to the Iola Wis. old car show and swap meet.
i run 265/60 15 8 in rims 5 inch offset and have all kinds of room still, 29 x 10 with the right offset should be fine for yours, what 60 ft times are you getting?how much does it weigh? 1.9 60s @ 4040 lbs and street tires. Geo
Hi, I am running 215 70R 15's on my Talladega. How did you squeeze so much rubber in there? I run US wheel Black Daytona rims with (I think) 4.5 Inch back spacing. Tight fit in the rear wheel wells.... Dave
