Just got the zh ltd home on the trailer. didn't realize the door was locked and just thought the drivers door sag was making it hard to open. end result ..... broken door handle!!! Yes, I know I'm a goose, but anyway. does anyone know of a fix for the door sag?

The hinge bushes are probably worn out? It's easier to just change the hinges though, instead of the bushes.Good second hand ones can be found and you may even find some that are already the right paint colour at a wreckers or something? Goodluck...Lukeh!!

It is probably both that will need replacing? The unfortunate thing is when you change front door hinges on a Falcon/Fairlane,you normally have to pull the front guard/s off to do it...Goodluck,Lukeh!!

It's best to do upper and lower bushes. The original bushes are plastic but you can get brass ones too.A full kit with bushes ,pins and the detent bit is from memory about $36.

Yeah...it's not the price that's the trouble though. It's what's involved in the actual task.It can be a bitch getting the return spring's on and off on the bottom hinges for starters!!
